Just accept the terms and conditions and follow the on-screen instructions. Click on the Adobe® Flash® Player system plug-in hyperlink, and the download will start. 
You will see a statement similar to this- “Download the Adobe® Flash® Player system plug-in or view the instructions to enable it.”. Download the official Adobe Flash Player from the site referred above. It is worth mentioning that a new beta version 20.0.0.294 is also available for download, but it may have some bugs. You can now download Adobe Flash Player 20.0.0.286 from Official Adobe Flash Player website. It is worth updating the Flash Player to keep it running well. 
Though the official changelog doesn’t mention any other additions or changes, we’re sure that the Flash Player will be more stable and smoother now. A new Adobe Flash Player 20.0.0.286 update has been released a few days ago, and the update comes with a fix for the “LifeChanger C++ Application quits with Access Violation” error.
